Well,
After 2 months of hard work anticipation, struggle and huge learning. I did not get the coaching contract job to coach with xyz company (name omitted to protect the innocent/ avoid lawsuits). those of you who know me , know the organization I am talking about.
I’ll be honest, I cried like a baby yesterday, and am moist now as i write this as I really wanted this gig, it felt good to let it out and I may cry again and soon! lol However I can truly say today, what a f…ckn ride with all the ups and downs of a world class amusement park.
In summary I laughed and cried harder during the weekend at the event, I actually walked barefoot on white hot coals without a burn., i looked deep into my soul and exorcised (or at least tied up for a while) many demons, old outdated thought patterns and personal bugaboos.
I can liken the event to a 4 day rock concert, comedy show, talk show with the Dalai Lama and deep connections for life thrown in all the while performing your own spiritual work in a motivating permanent way.
The 13 other souls i went through the process/ trained with I love, respect and care for deeply are a part of my life now and i love them. They say me play full out for 8 days and were witness to an awakening in me, a power which is unstoppanble and will create something so much greater than was ever possible before.
Jorge, Lee-Ann, Dave, Saskia, Hedy, Ben, Mark, Darrell, Sam, Tammera, Lorri, Carrie, Emily (aka Dream Team) thank you from the bottom of my heart for making it one of the best experiences i have ever been a part of (and that is saying something).
In the end the universe has another MAJOR HUGE plan for me and i will thrive because of this and it has pushed me beyond myself.
Thank you I am complete
Sincerely Frank

Let’s face it, there is not much new that can be said in the health and nutrition industry
that has not already been said. There are new ideas coming out daily, and most of these
ideas are simply new twists on the old ideas. However, every-once-in-a-while, an author
uses a new twist, a unique spin, or a revolutionary idea, to help us get the message, and
get it clearly. You could go out and buy a dozen books to amass the accumulated
knowledge on nutrition, health and weight loss, or you can find that one book that uses
some common sense ideas, along with scientific facts. For me,
Your Fork
disparity, but instead a statement of fact. This book takes the ideas and thoughts I have
heard for years, and compiles them into a must read edition that will help you separate
the fact from the fiction, and direct you toward a healthier lifestyle. Put down your fork,
close your mouth, and open your eyes and mind to a compendium of thoughts about
taking this mass of flesh and bones we call our body, and get it into better shape.
Frank Maloney, the author, who has his MBA in Strategy, uses all of his strategic
knowledge to weave a pathway around what Americans are doing with their forks. By
combining the basic principles of nutrition, with the more complex scientific reasons for
how our bodies react to certain foods, Frank has written a detailed analysis of what he
calls the “8 Health Diamonds.” These diamonds include breathing & lymphasizing,
living water & foods, essential oils, alkalinity, aerobic energy, peak nutrition,
alignment/power and mindset. By taking each of these diamonds in detail, he is able to
show us a proper diet and lifestyle, while at the same time, debunking popular myths.
In the very beginning of the book, Frank outlines his objectives for us, the readers. The
first objective truly summarizes the intention of his writings by saying “Show you all the
benefits (financial, personal, social) that huge vital energy bring you.” Having said that,
Killing Yourself Withis that book. So, when I say that there is very little new in this book, it is not a

he goes on to develop his theme of good nutrition, development of vital energy and
keeping a healthy environment all around us.
I am impressed that he spends a few minutes in the book trying to help the reader
understand that so much of what we “know” about diet and nutrition is not correct, and
yet these beliefs have become a common part of our culture. For instance, “we need to
eat meat/dairy to get protein” and “vegetarians are weak and lack protein,” is a very
popular and widely held belief. On a daily basis, a friend or new acquaintance will
confront me about my decision to be a vegan. My own physician was concerned about
my decision to become a raw vegan because he did not believe that I would be getting
enough protein in my diet. Frank helps to explain why these myths are not credible, and
how much healthier you can be by changing some of these misguided beliefs.
Starting with basic cell biology, and working up to more complex issues such as the
workings of the circulatory system and Koch’s postulates, Frank fully informs his reader
about the body and how it reacts to certain stimuli, one of which is food. Along with
covering these principles, he also has Key Health Tips throughout the book. Key Health
Tip #5 is a great example of how useful these tips can be. “When healthy, the human
body has no chance of being ‘invaded’ or ‘attacked’ by viruses, bacteria or other living
pathogens. The body’s natural defenses are just too strong!” Each of these forty (40)
health tips are placed in appropriate positions in the book, and help give the reader a
better understanding of the concepts he is espousing.
Along with the Key Health Tips, we are also introduced to many appropriate quotes
throughout the book. These quotes are from many sources. My favorite is towards the
end of the book. Frank quotes a Native American Proverb, “We do not inherit the earth
from our ancestors, we borrow it.” How true is this? This quote, as part of the “Healthy
Physical Environment Outside Your Body,” is a summary of the entire section. Many
people, in many health conscious movements, are very concerned about what goes into
their bodies, but tend to forget that what is around the body is just as important. Frank
talks about cosmetics, chlorine, cleaning products, dry cleaning chemicals, commercial
beverages and the air we breathe. So many people do not think about the chemicals used
by the dry cleaners and how these chemicals partially stay in the fabrics of the clothes
that are touching our bodies. The author is able to introduce us to ideas that will help us
protect our bodies from the assault of the chemical world around us.
As a raw food critic, I promote a healthier lifestyle by eating raw and vegan. Frank does
not promote a strictly raw/vegan diet, but I was pleased to see that his food pyramid reads
as follows: 70% live foods (raw/vegan), 10% plant based proteins or fish, 10%
carbohydrates and 10% quality oils. Using this formula, a person’s animal intake would
be no more than 10% of their diet. Although I would encourage you to eliminate the
animal products, I am glad to see that he is not encouraging people to eat all forms of
animals or animal products. Along with this enlightened pyramid, Frank also encourages
proper food combining, a large consumption of water, eating in a relaxed state and taking
supplements, including wheatgrass, digestive enzymes, periodic cleansing and specific
supplements.
Overall, this book can be considered a basic guideline to a healthy lifestyle. Whether you
are overweight or need to get in better physical shape, this is a book for you. Whether
you are sixty years old or in your early twenties, this is a book for you. Whether you
have a degenerative disease, or whether you want to keep your body healthy, this is a
book for you. Whatever your age, whatever your physical condition, or whatever you
needs in life with regards to your body, I encourage you to consider this book for your
body’s sake.

Four days after my arrival in California to join my girlfriend Aida and the kids, Raya and Rama the universe through a tragic curveball at our wonderful plans to build a life here.
Aida was incredibly healthy, vibrant and loving her new life in California. She awoke in the night of July 6th complaining of a huge headache within an hour she was in an ambulance off to the local hospital where she was declared brain dead due to an aneurism.
Apparently she had carried around a congenital weakness in her brain that could have gone at any time. My take is that her subconscious mind decided it was time to cross over and a condition to create that result was created, the subconscious is very powerful. Doctors rarely say, “we have no idea why she died.” We had her organs donated to other people who needed them via UCLA, Aida had said she wanted this. She was given a traditional Muslim burial in Toronto at the request of family and friends who helped raise the funds. Aida wanted to be cremated and sent over mountains by the ocean and we did this in California. As i threw ashes of some of her writing a butterfly emerged from the ashes…phoenix from the flames? who knows…
The kids were picked up by Aida’s ex-husband Wail and now live in Toronto.
We all handled it the best we could, the kids did the best. I have had a tough period but realized all of the incredible gifts of this terrible loss. It is the only way to stay positive, focus on the good.
What good? You may fairly ask this question as she was ripped away from us very quickly, unpredictably.
Here are the ones i have had to come up with to stay sane.
1. She died at the happiest she had ever been, in love and in a desert climate. How many people can say that.
2. Even when she was in human form Aida was always soaring in the clouds and had no fear of death and often wanted to cross over as she (and I) strongly believe in being nonphysical.
3. She gave the kids a shot at having their dad back and he has stepped up to take this responsability.
4. She could have languished in a coma or paralysis for months crushing the kids and I and bankrupting me. She never would have wanted that, she was a free as any bird ever.
5. She could have died driving with the kids as she was alays in lala land driving. The loss of Aida and both kids would have been much worse.
These are my thoughts shared with you at this time.
I will continue my journey here as that is what she wanted and what i want, i feel great here and want to build here. The climate, mountains, spirituality and people are perfect for me.
I will write more soon.

I drove the 2600 mile odyssey down from Toronto to Los Angeles on June 30th, 2009. My cousin Christine and I did it in 3 days, 39 hours of driving, no tickets!
We almost ran out of gas in Utah, when the gas light went on we drove downhill most of the way, all 60 miles of it! Unreal! The universe wanted a good journey.
Soon after arriving to our dream home, we met up with my girlfriend Aida and her two kids tragedy struck. Aida died of a brain aneurism suddenly July 6th (she was kept alive 2 days to donate her organs, which she wanted), she officiallyt passed July 8th.
In my wildest dreams I never planned for that result. We had thought of injury, health care, money, cars, kids’ school etc. Not death.
She was so happy here in California, how many people die at their happiest? Not many. She was never afraid of death and there was no suffering on her part. Aida will be cremated and her ashes trown to the wind on a mountain overlooking the ocean as she would have wanted. I love you babasaurus!
The children are back in Toronto with their father and are doing well. The subsequent 3 weeks have been challenging for sure, but I know she wanted me to continue this journey and I feel i have little to go back to. I love it here, the weather, people, mountains and ocean environment are helping me heal quickly.
I am still preparing the company to apply for E-2 Visa.
Update soon.

Well, I went again!
I attended Millionnaire Mind Intensive (MMI) by Peak Potentials in 2006 and it changed the way I related to money and success.
I uncovered very limiting patterns and was able to free myself of them. Being a Spender I learned to save more for a rainy day and how to go for opportunities no matter what.
The weekend is structured as an infomertial for the company’s training products which look very interesting. The way they do it is classy and seamless however. They give luddites just enough information for people to realize, “hey i have an issue with money and it’s not serving me” but not enough for them to really get started on their own (that’s where their training schools/ classes come in.
The second time through was still very illuminating in how it shows how powerful the charge around money is. people associate a myriad number of topics, many painful around money. The way one thinks about money strongly influences how much of it is attracted into our experience.
I also really became aware of their powerful training methods, the uses of “yes or yes” with the hand raised, the smacking of other people’s hand’s saying “You have a Millionnaire Mind” and the “good or good” after every critical point.
The emotional vulnerability shown by the leader really makes him appear very approachable, credible and real. It is a true emotion, not fake, thatm adds credibility and empathy.
I will begin incorporating the best of this material in my training and teaching.
For those of you interested, you get tickets to the seminar free if you buy the book “Secrets of the Millionnaire mind” by T. Harv Ecker. In my Reading list to the right.
