We get What We Put Out

One of the biggest challenges in finding a love connection is actually us. We are often our own biggest factors holding ourselves back. Why? I believe that the law of attraction brings to us exactly what we put out to the universe. At a Halloween Party in Laurel Canyon many people complained at how “fake” or “superficial” the people in Los Angeles are. I replied to many of these people, that if that is what they expect people will be like, this is the type of people that will show up in their experience. This is why we often repeat the same (often negative) scenarios over and over again with different people. This is because, wherever we go, we bring ourselves and our thoughts and thus our experiences with us (wherever you go , there you are!). Alter what you expect from people from negative to positive and watch in amazement as the universe brings more positive people into your experience. The negative people will not be around as much or disappear completely. One hint here: You must allow yourself to be open and a little vulnerable, if you are guarded or defensive, this is what you will attract.
