Testimonials

The first impression and feeling that comes to mind is reading and understanding 20 years worth of philosophy and self help books in the span of 6 months. The most admirable thing about Frank’s coaching style is his Socratic-like method through which I was able to locate, address and solve life’s challenges and mysteries on my own, leaving me with a confidence and strength that will stay with me for the rest of my existence. Reference letter for Frank Maloney

Frank Maloney has been my personal coach for a duration of 6 months. During that time and after the sessions were completed I felt myself to be existing in a more gratifying mind space. The most important achievement: I have noticed my productivity rate go up propelled by a genuine motivation that I was able to ignite with the subtle and skilled suggestion of Frank’s. Conversely, my procrastination went down as I learned the importance of pursuing activities and passions that resonate with me the most. For these discoveries to have occurred, the assistance of Frank Maloney was imperative as the process dictates the objective observations of one’s body language reactions to certain key ideas put forward and elaborated on. Frank’s ability to sense non verbal cues and interpret them are unique and rare to say the least.

Overall I am extremely grateful to have had Frank Maloney as a personal life coach. I couldn’t imagine, today, a life without that experience.

Perhaps Frank’s greatest strength lies in his ability to personalize his services to the situation and to the person he is dealing with. His heart and soul are present inevery conversation. He is a powerful emotional and professional support for me to continue to explore, grow and be successful with my business and in my personal life. He is my supporter, challenger and friend!

First off, I think Frank is a wonderful life coach. He is supportive, listens and keeps you motivated. Although we only worked together for a short time, Frank helped me do a 180. Before meeting Frank I was walking around with no purpose, unable to care about very much in my life. I was in and out of different jobs that weren’t satisfying me and I disliked pretty much everything in my life.

I walked around sad and feeling sorry for myself. Even my health was suffering a little because I would sabotage my eating and exercising due to the fact that I just didn’t care. Frank showed me that there was more in my life then I realized. That I had power and I just needed to learn how to use it. He motivated me and didn’t give me false hope. He has the ability to read people and understand what they are going through. He doesn’t belittle you or make you feel bad because you are lost; he encourages you and helps keep you away from that voice in your head that tells you that you are not good enough. He reminds you how great you are and what you are capable of. I have so much to thank Frank for. He really is a great person. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a little focus, push, or even just a reminder of how brilliant you really are! Thank you so much Frank!!

SO!! I wanted to make sure that you knew you were making an impact on me, and, I am learning a lot more about myself. Today I had a meeting with my boss (one on one) – who now terms me the “idea” person – the one who really thinks outside of the box (I think this is good!). I was able to communicate to him that I want a challenge (and of course – he asked in what way?)- I want more responsibility, it must allow for broad impact – my vision for young entrepreneurs is ….. (etc. etc.) The point – he explained that he wanted me to be innovative, and in fact, since I’m the “idea” person – he expects me to be.

Since I have a new Service Delivery Model, he is encouraging me to put this together, in a formal plan, that we can submit to the Regional Executive Director – to get him on board, and hopefully, get more funding, etc. This is of course, good news, and somewhat analogous to developing one’s own program – so – thank you, for giving me the insights into what it is that I want, and for educating me on the terms that I can use, and for reminding me that I should stand up and say “Hey! Look at me!” – it seems to be working!! (I know – still vanilla pudding, but there might be some cookie crumbles on the bottom).
